Accountant's Guide to Going Paperless:
Conserving Office Space, Time and Resources, Buying New Communication
Devices and Telecommuting.
2003 Edition
The only vendor-independent "show and tell"
presentation that lets small firms and large firms see with their own eyes
what's involved in moving toward less paper—and it's not just saving a few
trees! It's organizing, managing and putting technology into its proper
place—a way to save time, space, overhead and staff, and avoid exposure to
liabilities. Includes an extensive worksheet for realistically calculating the costs and ROI at your office by adopting various strategies for moving toward a less
papered environment. And comes with a $68.50 book on CD.
The presentation deserves at least a 1/2-day time slot,
which will include time for extensive questions and answers. A full
day time slot includes time for attendees to submit questions in advance
that can be worked into the presentation as case studies. The
presentation includes case studies of CPA firms that made out very well in
going to a less-papered environment, and some who muffed it. |

only to survive, but to thrive. Learn to integrate technology into the
CPA office in this exploration of three of the biggest trends in
accounting today:
 |

Moving from time-based client service to value-based
|
 |
* CPAs
transitioning from paper to electronic
|
 |
*
Attitudes evolving from casual to secure.
